There were celebrations at Noel-Baker Academy as students received their GCSE results, making the culmination of months of hard work and dedication.
Noel-Baker Academy, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, is proud to recognise the achievements of all its students and wishes them every success as they move on to the next stage of their education, apprenticeships or employment.
While every student has worked hard to achieve their goals, a number have secured particularly outstanding results, including:
- Pranavi Bitra who achieved grade 9s in mathematics and science, and grade 8s in English literature, English language and two science subjects.
- Aleasha Windsor who received a grade 8, three grade 7s in mathematics and double science, and a grade 6 in English literature.
- Connor Saunders who secured a grade 9 in mathematics, grade 8s in English literature and science, and three grade 7s, including in English language.
- Lacey Millar who achieved grade 7s in all core subjects and a variety of other strong results across the curriculum.
- Cian McGinty who received a grade 8 in mathematics and four grade 7s in English language, English literature and combined science.
Paul Greenough, Headteacher at Noel-Baker Academy, said:
“Results day was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our students and recognise the commitment they have shown throughout their studies.
We are incredibly proud of everything they have accomplished, and of the resilience, determination and ambition they have demonstrated along the way.
As they move onto the next stage of their education, training or careers, we congratulate them on all they have achieved and wish them every success for the future.”
