Head of Geography

We are seeking a Head of Geography who is passionate about their subject and area of expertise, has excellent subject knowledge and is ready to make a real impact on driving up standards by working strategically to improve the quality of education across the subject area.

You will be part of a dynamic team where:

• there are clear classroom routines
• there is a focus on feedback, not time-consuming marking
• student conduct is managed by a centralised support team
• curriculum area staff plan and work together
• staff are valued as professionals and experts in their field
• weekly CPD time is built into the directed time calendar
